Liberal Country Club is the oldest course in Liberal, having first opened for play in 1921. The course was designed by Dewey Longworth.

The greens are both small and fast. The faiways are narrow. Water hazards comes into play on three holes. Additional sets of tees locations are available for those who wish to play a double loop eighteen hole round.
